"Fantastic experience and a definite must do"
On Tuesday and Saturday evenings, Edgewater Resort & Spa puts on an 'Island Night' Umukai feast and cultural dance show with performers from around the Cook Islands. Dinner starts at 7.00pm, the Show at 8.30pm.
The 'feast' of Cook Islands cuisine is buffet-style, finished off with an array of desserts including Baked Alaska ice cream cake.
